Alongside its fundraising work and its awareness raising of poverty issues among the general public, ActionAid Hellas has an active development education team that raises awareness of global issues among primary and secondary school children and engages them in campaigning actions as part of the Global Campaign for Education.
ActionAid Hellas is also working to challenge the Greek government, and the institutions through which it works, to change the policies and practices that constrain poverty eradication.
